I was all set to put this in the "Guru" section, and then I find out that Rob went to work for IBM in November! Congrats Rob! He tells me all about his session, and also his area of expertise. It's a good one (hint: you can read about it on your Blackberry or PDA) - there's no wonder why IBM wanted him!
Susan Bulloch, IBM
Last year when Libby Ingrassia interviewed *me* for my "2 minutes with" interviews, she asked me who had been a big influence on me. I mentioned Susan as one of my "Notes Chickies". Now the tables are turned and I got to interview Susan. She's a busy woman, running around fixing software, doing presentations and running labs. But hear what she has to say on her biggest dilemma. It's one that affects you, too. Thank goodness Susan is on the case!
